Use a template when the issue is reproducible.

More context up front reduces the number of back-and-forth emails required to unblock the account or diagnose a bug.

Include screenshots or short screen recordings whenever possible.

Subscriptions

Restore first, then escalate.

Billing and cancellation are Apple-managed. The quickest fix for entitlement mismatches is usually the in-app restore path.

Cancel via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Byter > Cancel Subscription.

Restore purchases in-app via Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases.
