I cannot log in. What should I include in support email?
Include your account email, device model, iOS version, app version, and a screenshot of the error.
How do I restore purchases?
In the app, open Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID used during purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Byter > Cancel Subscription. Billing is managed by Apple.
How do I request deletion?
Email mani.byter@gmail.com with subject "Deletion Request" and include your account email plus user ID if available.
Restore first, then escalate.
Billing and cancellation are Apple-managed. The quickest fix for entitlement mismatches is usually the in-app restore path.
Cancel via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Byter > Cancel Subscription.
Restore purchases in-app via Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases.
